Welcome to Pilates with Lynne! Founded by Lynne Spugnardi in 2005, Pilates with Lynne is a small pilates business offering pilates matwork and reformer instruction in the Portland, Maine area. Currently, Lynne is offering matwork classes at The Wellness Solution located in Falmouth. Lynne is also offering matwork and private reformer training at Fitness Success, a personal training studio, in Yarmouth, Maine.

Lynne also teaches pilates and yoga classes at the Falmouth High School to the students.

About Lynne Spugnardi

ReformerLynne Spugnardi is a certified STOTT PILATES® instructor with over 15 years of experience in the fitness industry. Over the years, Lynne has taught various group exercise classes such as step, sculpt and tone and interval training. However, after discovering the pilates method of conditioning in 2001 and loving it and its’ benefits, teaching Pilates quickly became her passion and is her sole focus. Lynne is certified to teach beginner, intermediate and advanced matwork and STOTT-trained to teach reformer. She has taken intensive courses, numerous workshops, and continues to educate herself in the STOTT PILATES® method. STOTT PILATES®, a Toronto-based certification and training center, is recognized as the most contemporary and comprehensive in the industry. Lynne is also a recently trained YogaFit Instructor.

Lynne is originally from Boston, Massachusetts and moved to Maine in 1996 where she has been teaching pilates throughout the Portland area. She currently lives in Falmouth, is married and has two children. Previously, Lynne worked in the computer industry and has over ten years marketing communications experience.
